Erie County DA's Office Assisting Erie Police In Locating Suspects

EPD has released a sketch of a man accused of attempting to steal a woman's purse outside of Saint Vincent Health Center on Monday morning.
The suspect is a black male about 40 years old, 5' 11", approximately 230 pounds. He attempted to steal a woman's purse in a parking lot in the 300 block of West 25th Street at about 0730. The woman was assaulted but did not lose her purse in the attack. The suspect man was wearing a black parka with fur around the hood.
EPD is still looking for information on the suspect that assaulted a female in the area of 38th & Glenwood Park Ave.
