May 07, 2012In a case where the Commonwealth argued the defendant was a clear and present danger to the community based on the cold violent manner of the crimes, Steven Siegel was sentenced this morning by the Hon. Michael Dunlavey to an aggregate sentence of 23 to 46 years in a state correctional institution for Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder and Robbery.

April 26, 2012Timothy Charity Jr. convicted of first degree murder in the shooting death of shot Cameron Mitchell Jr.
The shooting happened on East 12th street near the Bayfront Connector August 4, 2011.
Charity believed Mitchell had stolen a cell phone from him during a basketball game.
